Achieving Curb Appeal with the Wow Factor

Dream Coldwell Banker

When it comes to selling your home, you always want it to stand apart from the competition. This is why the wow factor is so important in today’s market. The outside of your home is the first thing gives visitors an impression of what may be inside. If it fails to inspire from the outset, they may not even come to see the inside.

Typical tasks for increased curb appeal include: tidying the landscaping, removing dirt from the walkway and driveway, mowing the lawn and cleaning the windows. Going beyond these basics and dressing up your home with a few key accessories will give it the wow factor that will attract potential buyers to your property.

Reasons To Live In Minnesota

Life in Minnesota (Wendy Carson - Realtor)

DSC_7552I know, I have said it before that Minnesota is a great place to live.  No one wants to move here, but once people do move here, they never want to leave.  There are so many reasons why Minnesota is a great place to live but recently a few more came out in the news that I wanted to share.

If you want to be healthy and enjoy the great outdoors, this is the place to be. I know, it sounds crazy since we have those super cold, long winters with lots of snow but you know what? We are outside in the winter doing winter activities, we have grips to put on our shoes to keep us from slipping if we are running or walking outdoors and some folks even bike in the winter!  Not only are we outside but we have so many great places to be outdoors!
